US AT THE AIRPORT

As soon as you get off your airplane, please
find the closest payphone and call toll free 1 800 724 7767, or one
of our local numbers (435) 658 2227 or (801) 467 8687. If
you have ordered a private vehicle, one of our dispatchers will then send it
forward from the holding area, and explain to you where it will be waiting for
you. If you have ordered a shuttle, we will advise you where to find it,
and what time the next one will be leaving.
Follow the signs to the Terminal Two
baggage claim hall, where your luggage will be waiting. Once you have it,
please make your way to door 13, and walk out there.
If you use any door other than 13, you
will be in the wrong place.
As a guideline, when you are standing inside the hall, in front of door 12, door
13 will be behind you, to your right.
If you experience any sort of difficulty
which delays you inside the baggage hall, please call us immediately! We
are not permitted to have our vehicles wait at the pick up point for longer than
a few minutes.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that
we need to be told at least 24 hours ahead of time, during regular business
hours, if you wish to cancel or change your booking. Failure to do so will
result in the forfeiture of the fare.
